Subscriptions & managed agents

Alfe offers subscription plans that suit everything from a single personal agent to a large organization. Your plan sets a recurring baseline, and managed agents are add-ons you scale on top of it.

A subscription gives you access to the platform and contributes a recurring allowance toward your credit pool. Higher plans are aimed at teams and organizations that run more agents and more usage.

Some plans include a trial period so you can try the platform before your first charge. Details differ by plan and are shown at checkout.

For the current plan lineup — names, what each includes, and pricing — see the pricing page.

An agent’s runtime can live on your own machine or server, or on a managed host that Alfe provisions and keeps online 24/7.

  • Self-hosted agents run on your own infrastructure. You still use the platform, model routing, memory, and channels — the compute is just yours.
  • Managed agents are add-ons on your single subscription. Your plan includes some managed capacity, and you add more as your fleet grows. Each managed agent you add adjusts your recurring subscription accordingly.

Because managed agents attach to one subscription rather than each becoming their own separate bill, scaling your fleet up or down is a single, predictable change to your plan.

Your subscription covers platform access and managed-agent capacity. The day-to-day work your agents do — model calls, voice, channels, storage — is metered against your credit pool. If usage outpaces what your plan’s allowance covers, you keep things running with top-ups.

From time to time Alfe runs launch offers and promotional codes that can be applied at checkout. When a promotion is available, you can enter a code during the subscription flow. Available offers and their terms are shown on the pricing page.

You manage your plan, payment method, and invoices from your dashboard, including upgrading, downgrading, adding or removing managed-agent capacity, and canceling.
