Google Workspace
The Google Workspace integration connects an agent to a Google account so it can work across the Workspace apps — mail, files, calendar, and documents — on your behalf.
What the agent can do
Section titled “What the agent can do”Once a Google account is connected, the agent can:
- Gmail — read, triage, and send email.
- Drive — find, read, upload, and manage files.
- Calendar — read agendas and schedule events.
- Sheets — read and write spreadsheet data.
- Docs — read and edit documents.
- Slides, Tasks, and more across the Workspace suite.
- Google Chat — send and receive messages in direct messages, spaces, and threads.
The agent acts as the connected account, so what it can see and change is exactly what that account has access to.
Connecting
Section titled “Connecting”Add the Google Workspace integration to your agent from the
dashboard or with
alfe integration install google, then sign
in to Google and approve access when prompted. This is a one-time OAuth
authorization; see
How connecting works. You can
choose which Workspace scopes to grant so the agent only gets the access it
needs.
Google Workspace is a free integration — you only pay for the agent’s underlying usage, which draws from your credit pool.
